Heavenly Halibut

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a baking dish.

Allow the fillets to come to room temperature. Pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and arrange in baking dish.

Mix the cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and green onions in a bowl.

Spread mixture on top of fillets and place in oven for 8 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.  

Turn the oven to broil and cook for another 2 minutes or until topping is bubbly and brown.

  • 1 (12-16 oz) halibut fillet
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
