Coho Salmon with Maple Dijon Glaze

Coho Salmon with Maple Dijon Glaze

DIRECTIONS

1

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Allow salmon to reach room temperature. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper

In a small bowl, mix the Dijon, maple, olive oil, herbs, salt, and garlic. Pour over the salmon.

Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Timing will depend on the thickness of the salmon. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when ready.

Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice when serving.
